    This is an excellent demonstration of how people are using very back to basic ‘old school’ ideas to develop sustainable food options for people within cities. My only question is - how do they get the beans from South America / are they growing it locally?

    Regardless cutting out the ‘fair trade’ middle man is definitely a plus for farmers wherever they are in the world.
